The primary aim of the program is to guide participants through the entire process of creating an authentic flamenco costume, from pattern making to final manufacturing. In addition to this, students will delve into the rich tradition of flamenco design, understanding its cultural significance, proper usage, and the various accessories that complement the attire. Our experienced teachers will accompany participants on excursions to select the finest fabrics, zippers, and threads that are most suitable for crafting high-quality garments.

Students enrolling in the program should possess a fundamental knowledge of sewing and be proficient in using sewing machines. It is advisable for accompanying teachers to be present in the classroom to supervise and assist their students, ensuring a smooth learning experience. While the creativity and unique contributions of participants are highly valued, we must consider the program’s duration and rely on our specialized teachers to make final decisions regarding fabric selection and design choices. This approach guarantees that the end result will be both stunning and satisfactory. Although the classes are conducted in Spanish, translation support in English will be available to aid understanding.
